One week until the wedding!
It’s been another pretty standard week for me, a mixture of healthy meals, lots of vegetables, and also a couple of eating out treats and a few evenings of drinking the odd glass of wine. Particularly fatty burger meal on Wednesday, countered with a relatively healthy homemade moussaka today. I’ve been to the gym several times, step on Monday, aerobics and tone followed by another aerobics class on Tuesday, a 18 mile cycle on Wednesday, aerobics on Thursday and circuits on Saturday morning. All complimented by the usual 7 mile round trip daily cycle commute to work.
My measurements are showing a maintain this week, which is good although I would prefer another inch or two off my waist to get back to where I was. I’m starting to notice some good tone in my arms though, which I am pleased about!
So this week, I’ll be mostly packing in as many gym classes as I can to get that last little bit of toning in before the wedding – no doubt pictures to follow next week!
